cookery course
An ancient knowledge of farming links Tuscan
cooking to the produce of the land. In our
cookery course we will let you in on the secrets
of the table and of the Tuscan conviviality.
Then, at sunset, share the fruits of your
labour with friends, washing it down with
a delicious Tuscan red: part of that conviviality!
The cookery course takes place twice a week
early evening. The ambience is relaxed and
participants have the opportunity to relax
and enjoy the results produced in the learning
part of the class. During each lesson, participants
will build on the skills learned and the preparation
of typical Italian and Tuscan dishes (i.e.
: traditional tomato sauce, panzanella, Tuscan
antipastis, home-made pasta, meat sauce, lasagne).
We only use the best locally produced extra-virgin
olive oil and the red wine is from the local
area also. (We use only the best locally sourced
ingredients (including olive oil and local
wines) to give a real flavour of Tuscany.)
